FAQ

Q.Except praying in tongues, I don't pray much. What to do? Is that OK? give me suggestion

A.Prayer is your communication with God. If you want to know and have an elationship with someone you need to talk to that person and it is the same with God. If you don't talk to him you don't have an relationship with him and you will not be able to know him more as a person (you can get knowledge, but not personally knowing him). Prayer is all about relationship, not an religious act or ritual.

Q.What is peace offering for sin etc. In now day, how can we offer this offerings to God. How, when and what should we offer to our Lord God.

A.Praise and worship brings our focus on God, and than our sins also will fall off.
We should do this as often as we can. It's actually all about were you have your focus and then it can be our lifestyle.

Q.How long does one of the Hours take to pray?

A.On the average, about 15 minutes. Praying all seven Hours takes about one and half hours per day.

Q. What's wrong with having a short prayer in school classrooms? Surveys indicate that the majority of people favor this practice...

A.American Atheists opposes school prayer for a number of reasons. To begin, it is unconstitutional and a clear violation of our First Amendment. Remember, that amendment contains the "Establishment Clause" which prohibits the government from"establishing" religion. Simply put, secular institutions like the public schools should NOT be a forum for religious ritual or indoctrination.

And do a majority of people "support" school prayer? Often, those results depend on exactly how the question happens to be asked. Surveys suggest that most people reject the notion of mandatory prayer. But even if the overwhelming majority thought that prayer was, somehow, a "good idea", that does not make the practice ethically just or constitutional.

American Atheists also points out, in opposing school prayer, that prayer is not efficacious. School prayer is obviously a form of religious indoctrination; it teaches children that there are invisible, supernatural entities which can be implored and appeased through mumbling prayers or reading from holy books.

Q. But what about voluntary prayer? What's wrong with that?

A. Just how "voluntary" is it? When school authorities, including teachers organize prayer or bible recitation as part of the activities of the school day, there is clearly an element of coercion involved for students who might not wish to pray -- for whatever reason. The public schools are for everyone. Having a prayer divides children into the group that prays, and the often smaller group consisting of those who do not. Experience has shown that kids who do not participate are often victims of ostracism, threats and other exclusionary practices. Is this right?

Q.If I am new to prayer, what topics should I be praying for?

A.First of all start with something close to you, yourself. Pray that God gives you or increases your gift of prayer. Pray for health, happyness, jobs, success. Remember to have pity and ask or pray for something realistic. Example: A job you are not qualified for might not happen, why? God will not put you into a position you are greatly unprepaired for. Whereas on the other hand God opens the doors that you are ready to go through.

Q.Are my prayers effective from a distance?

A.Yes, God is God, he is everywhere and for us He has the most powerful computer there is. There is no distance for prayer and a prayer spoken honestly is a prayer heard no matter where or when it happens. You can pray for a soldier overseas or pray for your neighbor and have the same effect. Our prayer system goes worldwide and has prayers from every corner of the world. Those prayers are prayed over and those prayers are seen by people from every walk of life. Who can say those prayers must be dealt with by a Priest or Rabbi ? Prayer is powerful, prayer does not select you, you select it. That's why it is powerful, you are the motor, God is the fuel.

Q.My family needs specific prayer, do I use this system or ask a Pastor?

A. Both, the prayers on this system go worldwide. When you add a prayer to our systems it goes into a database. As someone visits a website that displays our banners or prayer rooms that prayer can be viewed by that visitor. There are no boundaries to our system and there are hundreds of thousands of viewers per month that see your prayers. They may live next door or they may live on the other side of our globe, either way your prayer will be seen and prayed over by many, many people.

Some people do live their life on the internet, as we do and forget there is an effective tool within your reach. A church and a pastor, priest, elder, etc. are there for you, sometimes on a 24 hour basis. God has led them to serve, serve his flock. Don't discount local "live" help for technology, they now work both hand in hand. Each are effective, both combined are powerful.
